A few years ago, after I moved into my cozy little home, a friend of mine visited me, and brought me a bunch of beautiful lilies as well as a bird nest. She went for a walk on their farm that morning just before she came to me, and the Lord laid on her heart to pick a bunch of lilies for me.  It didn't really make sense to her, as she knew that I was going to leave the next day on a trip away from home, so I would only enjoy the lilies for a day. The next moment a bird nest fell right in front of her off a tree, thankfully with no baby birds in it, and the Lord also told her to give that to me.  Then He gave her scripture to give to me, and it all started making sense.

Matthew 6:25 - 29

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on.  Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not of more value than they?  Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”

Even having the lilies just for a day, this message from Him sunk deep into my spirit. It really strengthened my faith, and was such wonderful confirmation to me that He is looking after me and that He will never leave me, nor forsake me. I continually ask the Lord to help me to be a good steward of His financial provision, and to give me wisdom on how to use it so that it may bear abundant fruit. I walk in faith, knowing that He has proven to me over and over again that He is my Jehovah Jireh.

I appreciate every seed that is being sowed into my ministry, as this helps me to continue releasing His sound from His throneroom!
